Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services by "Podpiska24" Agency
The "Podpiska24" agency (hereinafter "the Agency") accepts orders for subscriptions to periodicals published in Russia, CIS countries, and the Baltics. By ordering publications through the Agency's online store, the customer (hereinafter "the client") agrees to the terms and conditions below and accepts them as a contract between them and the Agency.
1. Order Placement
Orders in the online store are placed by the client independently. In special cases, not covered by standard online store procedures, the client may place an order via email. When placing an order, the client fills in their personal data. The client is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of personal data. The Agency is not responsible for publications not delivered to the client due to incorrect completion of address and other personal data by the client. An order is considered accepted and processed after the client pays the order cost within the period specified in the invoice. The Agency may refuse to enter into a contract with the client without explanation.
2. Subscription Cost (Publication Order)
The cost of ordering publications varies for different regions and depends on delivery costs. The online store has three country groups based on cost. The cost of ordering a publication shown in the online store is the full cost, including delivery and VAT. When placing a subscription, this amount is transferred without changes to the invoice for payment of the ordered publication. The Agency reserves the right to change subscription costs if publishers change prices for periodicals, if postal and transport tariffs change, or if there are sharp fluctuations in exchange rates.
3. Order Payment Deadline
The invoice specifies the date by which the client must pay the invoice. In case of untimely payment of the invoice, the start of delivery of the ordered publication may be postponed to the next month. An order not paid within 14 days will be canceled by the Agency.
4. Order Payment
Payment for the order is made by bank transfer to the Agency's account based on the invoice received by the client. The amount specified in the invoice does not include the client's costs for transferring funds. All costs for transferring the amount are borne by the client. The full amount specified in the invoice must be credited to the Agency's settlement account. If a smaller amount is received, the Agency will proportionally reduce the subscription period (duration).
5. Publication Delivery
Publications are delivered to the address provided by the client. If the address changes, the client must promptly inform the Agency. The Agency is not responsible for publications sent to the client's old address if the client did not timely inform the Agency of the address change. All questions regarding address changes are handled by the Agency (please do not contact the post office or publishers regarding these matters).
The Agency is not responsible for untimely delivery of publications if the publisher postpones the release date of the publication.
If a publication sent to the client is lost by post, the Agency will take all measures to re-purchase the publication and send it to the client. If re-purchase is not possible, the client will be offered a replacement for the lost publication.
6. Subscription Start and Duration
The subscription becomes active after the client pays the invoice. The invoice indicates the start month of the subscription. In case of untimely invoice payment, the Agency reserves the right to postpone the subscription start or cancel the order.
Subscriptions can be arranged for any offered period from 3 to 12 months. For publications with minimum subscription period restrictions, subscriptions are arranged for a period of 6 months (in some cases, only 12 months).
In case a publication ceases to be published, the remaining amount can be used by the client to subscribe to another publication.
7. Cancellation of Subscription
Within the first 14 days from placing an order in the online store, the client can cancel the order by notifying the Agency in writing or by email. In exceptional cases, the client may cancel an already placed subscription – in this case, the Agency accepts the order annulment from the nearest possible issue. The remaining amount can be used by the client to order another publication.
8. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are renewed only at the client's request. To renew a subscription, a new order must be placed in the online store or requested via email. The Agency does not automatically renew subscriptions.
9. Complaints
The Agency accepts complaints regarding delayed or undelivered issues. Upon receiving a complaint, the Agency provides the client with information on the dispatch dates of the publication. If a dispatched publication is lost by post, the Agency will take all measures to repurchase and send it to the client. If repurchasing is not possible, the client will be offered a replacement for the lost publication.
The Agency does not accept complaints and is not responsible for changes made by publishers: changes in the volume, format, design, and content of periodicals, as well as for the release of double issues and other changes in the frequency of publication releases.
10. Force Majeure
The occurrence of extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances (fire, flood, hurricane, epidemic, strike, military actions, introduction of sanctions, prohibition of export and import of goods, and others) that prevent the delivery of publications to the client, exempts the Agency from responsibility for the cessation of publication delivery to the client.
11. Newsletter

Your data is used solely for sending newsletters.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

The explanations below will tell you how we ensure this protection and what data is collected and for what purpose.
Your Data When Placing an Order
You can visit our website completely anonymously, i.e., without telling us who you are. Providing personal data is generally not mandatory. You only need to provide us with your data to place an order, as otherwise, we cannot fulfill our contractual obligations.
We do not transmit your personal data, including your home address and email address, to third parties without your express and revocable consent at any time. Exceptions are our service partners necessary for processing your order: for example, a shipping company, a bank processing payments, or distributors. In these cases, we transmit data in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The scope of transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
Data Transfer for Contract Fulfillment
To fulfill the subscription contract, we transmit your data to shipping companies to the extent necessary for the delivery of the ordered publications.
Depending on your chosen payment method, we transmit the data you provide to the payment service provider we work with. Some payment service providers collect this data themselves if you already have an account with them: in this case, you log into the provider's system with your access data during the order process. In this regard, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.
Data Storage
Personal data is collected if you give your consent or provide it to us yourself, for example, when filling out a contact form, making an inquiry, subscribing to a newsletter, or for contract fulfillment or order placement.
As soon as you place an order on the website podpiska24.com, the personal data you provide (name, address, etc.) is stored in our secure database to ensure order processing and delivery. Your sensitive data is treated strictly confidentially and is not accessible to our employees without special authorization.
After collection, storage, and processing of your personal data, it is generally deleted from the servers if it is no longer required for the original purposes. Exceptions are data subject to statutory retention periods. Your personal data is stored exclusively on our servers.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).
To the extent that we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
When processing personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract to which you are a party, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR - this also applies to operations necessary for pre-contractual measures.
To the extent that processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
Email Notification of Subscription End
We use the data you provide to notify you by email about the end of your subscription's calendar term so that you can arrange for its timely renewal.
Right to Information, Withdrawal of Consent, Correction, and Deletion of Data
Upon your request, we will inform you in writing as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable law whether and what personal data about you is stored by us. This information is provided free of charge. If, despite our efforts to ensure data accuracy, incorrect information about you is stored with us, we will correct it at your request.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use, processing, and transmission of your personal data at any time with effect for the future, and to request the correction or deletion of incorrect data, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. You also have the right to object to specific uses of your data.
For all these matters, please contact us directly using the contact details provided on our website.
Security of Personal Data
We implement organizational and technical security measures to protect the personal data we process from manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access.

Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Service provided by «Podpiska24»
The agency «Podpiska24» (hereinafter the “Agency”) provides subscription services for periodicals published in Russia, the CIS countries and the Baltic states. By ordering publications in the Agency's online shop, the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) accepts these Terms and Conditions and treats them as a contract between the Customer and the Agency.
1. Placing an Order
Orders in the online shop are placed by the customer independently. In special cases not covered by the standard procedures of the online shop, the customer may place an order by email. When placing an order, the customer enters their personal details and is responsible for the accuracy and currency of this information.
The Agency is not liable for publications that are not delivered due to an incorrectly entered address or other incorrect personal details provided by the customer. An order is considered accepted and confirmed once the customer has paid the invoice amount within the period stated on the invoice. The Agency may decline to enter into a contract with a customer without stating reasons.
2. Subscription Cost (Price of the Order)
The cost of ordering publications varies by region and depends on delivery costs. The online shop groups countries into three price categories. The price shown in the online shop is the total price, including delivery and VAT. When a subscription is placed, this amount is transferred unchanged to the invoice for payment. The Agency reserves the right to change subscription prices if publishers change the prices of periodicals, if postal or transport tariffs change, or in the event of significant currency fluctuations.
3. Payment Deadline
The invoice states the date by which the customer must pay. If payment is not made on time, delivery of the ordered publication may be postponed to the following month. An order that has not been paid within 14 days will be cancelled by the Agency.
4. Payment of the Order
Payment is made by bank transfer to the Agency's account based on the invoice received by the customer. The amount stated on the invoice does not include the customer's costs for transferring the funds; the customer bears all such costs. The full amount stated on the invoice must be received in the Agency's account. If a lower amount is received, the Agency will shorten the subscription period accordingly.
5. Delivery of Publications
Publications are delivered to the address provided by the customer. If the address changes, the customer must notify the Agency without delay. The Agency is not liable for publications sent to the customer's previous address if the customer did not inform the Agency of the change in good time. All matters relating to a change of address are handled by the Agency (please do not contact the postal service or the publisher directly).
The Agency is not liable for late delivery if the publisher postpones the publication date.
If a publication sent by post is lost, the Agency will make every effort to repurchase it and send it to the customer. If this is not possible, the customer will be offered a replacement.
6. Start and Duration of the Subscription
The subscription begins once the customer has paid the invoice. The invoice states the month in which the subscription starts. In the event of late payment, the Agency reserves the right to postpone the start of the subscription or cancel the order.
A subscription may be taken out for any available period from 3 to 12 months. For publications with a minimum subscription period, subscriptions start at 6 months (in individual cases, only 12 months).
If a publication ceases to be published, the remaining amount may be used by the customer to subscribe to another publication.
7. Cancellation of the Subscription
Within the first 14 days from the date the order is placed, the customer may cancel the order by notifying the Agency in writing or by email. In exceptional cases, the customer may also cancel a subscription that has already been confirmed; the Agency will process the cancellation from the next possible issue. The remaining amount may be used by the customer to order another publication.
8. Renewal of the Subscription
The subscription is renewed only at the customer's request. To renew, the customer must place a new order in the online shop or notify the Agency by email. The Agency does not renew subscriptions automatically.
9. Complaints
The Agency accepts complaints regarding late or non-delivered issues. Upon receiving a complaint, the Agency will inform the customer of the expected shipping date. If a publication sent by post is lost, the Agency will make every effort to repurchase and send it; if this is not possible, the customer will be offered a replacement.
The Agency does not accept complaints and is not liable for changes made by publishers, including changes to the scope, format, design and content of periodicals, as well as the publication of combined issues or other changes to publication frequency.
10. Force Majeure
The occurrence of extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances (fire, flood, storm, epidemic, strike, military action, imposition of sanctions, export or import restrictions, and similar events) that prevent the delivery of publications to the customer releases the Agency from liability for the interruption of delivery.

We are pleased that you are visiting our website. Protecting your privacy and personal data when using our website is important to us. We therefore strictly adhere to data protection laws. We collect personal data only to the extent technically necessary. The following explanations describe how we ensure this protection and which data is collected for which purpose.
Your Order Data
You can generally visit our website anonymously, i.e. without telling us who you are. Providing your personal data is generally not mandatory. You only need to provide it in order for us to process your orders, since otherwise we would not be able to fulfil our contractual obligations.
We do not pass on your personal data, including your home address and email address, to third parties without your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. The only exception are our service partners required to process your order, such as the shipping company engaged, the bank handling payment processing, or distributors. In these cases, we pass on the data in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The scope of data transmitted is limited to the minimum necessary.
Disclosure of Data for Contract Fulfilment
To fulfil the subscription contract, we pass on your data to shipping companies to the extent necessary for the delivery of the ordered publications.
Depending on the payment method you choose, we transmit the data you have provided to the payment service provider we work with. Some payment service providers collect this data themselves if you already hold an account with them; in this case you log in to their system using your access credentials during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the relevant payment service provider applies.
Stored Data
Personal data is collected when you consent to this or provide it to us yourself, for example when filling out the contact form, making an inquiry, signing up for the newsletter, or in order to carry out a contract or an order.
As soon as you place an order on podpiska24.com, the personal data you provide (name, address, etc.) is stored in our protected database in order to process orders and deliveries. Your sensitive data is treated in strict confidence and is not accessible to our staff without special authorization.
After your personal data has been collected, stored and processed, it is generally deleted from our servers once it is no longer required for its original purpose. This does not apply to personal data subject to statutory retention periods. Your personal data is stored exclusively on our servers.
Processing of Personal Data (Legal Basis)
The processing of your personal data is based on the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (“GDPR”).
Where we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
For the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing required for pre-contractual measures.
Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Email Notification About Subscription Expiry
We use the data you have provided to notify you by email when your subscription period is coming to an end, so that you can arrange a renewal in good time.
Right to Information, Withdrawal, Rectification and Erasure
Upon request, we will inform you as promptly as possible, in writing and in accordance with applicable law, whether and which personal data about you is stored with us. This information is provided free of charge. Should incorrect information be stored despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, we will correct it at your request.
You have the right, at any time and with effect for the future, to withdraw your consent to the use, processing and disclosure of your personal data, or to request the correction or deletion of your data, insofar as no statutory retention obligations apply. You also have the right to object to a specific use of your data.
